Description: Lovely tabletop sized stoneware crock with hand-painted squiggles and markings in cobalt blue. No makers marks. Unknown origin for this piece - the only match for the style and finish I was able to confirm was found on a Danish craigslist-style site with minimal details included in the listing. The pottery surface has a clear or earthy toned glaze, that was fired in with smooth, fluid streaks. Approximately 6 inches wide and 8.50 inches from handle to handle. 5.50 inches tall. No markings. See pictures for details. Antique stoneware crock pot, handmade antique pottery glazed pot, country cottage kitchen decor, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, Betschdorf, France, old world country cottage, potted plant, countertop lard or butter crock. Please feel free to ask me any questions prior to purchasing as we do not accept any returns on antique items or items that could be damaged in the return process. I also have three other similar style crocks in larger sizes that I will be posting shortly, so please check back or feel free to ask me for a bundle deal. Thank you for checking out my listing!
