It looks and feels like cotton. My son makes screens for a screen printing shop and he can tell it's not screen printed. What it looks like is a large block print that has been "stamped" 2 times. In the 2nd and 3rd photos you can see the slight overlap of where it looks like the blockprint is stamped. I have also photographed the back of it and the original price that was on it...not sure what country it was from. It's beautiful and I can't fine anything else like it online. They are shipped USPS priority mail unless the package is an odd size. Since the price of priority shipping has gone up, I will ship odd sized packages parcel post.
