Returned items must include all Original Packaging, Manuals, Hardware, Accessories, etc. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item for any reason. To ensure that you are properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization. Once an item has been installed, modified or used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
