Shipping will be placed on hold if my store is closed and will resume at the specified date of opening. My Preferred carrier is Fed-Ex on large items but will ship UPS or USPS based on weight and size and insurance. Any damages that may occur from the carrier will require the buyer to return: the damaged item(s) the box it was shipped in along with the packing material, and the shipping label, this is the request from the postal service for handling claims. upon your request I will send you a copy of the shipping receipt.
