Description: Doxem Fire Ant Bait uses the same active ingredient as the industry-proven Advion Fire Ant Bait along with the added bonus of 2 insect growth regulators. Doxem provides "season long" fire ant control by killing the QUEEN along with the entire ant colony. Results can be seen in as little as 3 days and provide up to 90 days in control in the treated area. Use sites include Lawns, recreational areas, golf courses, and other non crop/ non grazing areas. Applications must be made when dew is not present and rain or irrigation isn't expected within 24 hours This product can be applied as a broadcast or individual mound treatment. Use rates are 1/2 oz per mound (4 level tablespoons) or 1.5 lbs per acre meaning 1 bag will potentially cover 16.5 acres. For broadcast, use a spreader capable of achieving 1.5 lbs per acre.
