Description: Doctor Strange #169 (June 1968, Zenith Books, Inc., Marvel Comics Group) - After sharing the spotlight with the Human Torch, Nick Fury and SHIELD, the doc finally gets his own solo title. This little treasure, which is now more than 50 years old, grades about 5.0 VG/FN. The cover, which has retained good reflectivity, and centerfold is attached, the pages are cream-colored with light tanning edges. The front cover has wear at the top left-hand corner, wear and a small amount of color loss at the top right-hand corner, the spine has about six stress lines, the biggest near Doctor Strange's hand at the top (approx. 1/4") and at the top portion of the bottom staple (approx. 1/4"), the check mark in black marker in the "D" is the major detraction, the bottom left-hand corner has some wear and there is a little color loss at the bottom edge, the bottom right-hand side has a stress line under the dragon and a corner crease (approx. 1/2"); the back cover presents better, but has what appears to be printer's ink in various areas, a crease at the bottom right-hand side that runs up to about "Seeds" and some creasing on the spine.
