Message me through Ebay! Doc INSTRUCTIONS FOR USEThe loop end of the bungee, attaches to the wrap around that goes on the rod. That wrap around can be placed anywhere you want it that suits your taste. I personally like to position it within arms reach, so when I raise or lower the machine with my swinging hand to find the appropriate height I can use my non swinging hand to tug the bungee up into the "V" groove to lock the bungee length in place. That groove, that the bungee locks into, I call the "V" groove. The pointy part of the "V" (the bottom of the "V") should be pointing at you. Now the way I like to do it is to start off with the bungee locked into the shoulder clip, and attached to the "D" ring. Raise and lower your machine with your swinging hand and find an appropriate height that may be just a little shorter than you would like and tug the bungee up into the "V" groove. So in other words this will make your coil sit a little higher off the ground than you would like. Now, go to the shoulder clip at the "D" ring and "fine tune" your adjustment by putting your thumb on the little plastic thumb hold, which is the plastic protrusion above the "V" groove on the Shoulder Clip. Pull the bungee out of the "V" groove and allow the coil to gently lower to the perfect length and then pull down on the bungee to lock it into the "V" groove. OK, back to the wrap around on the rod. You can use this in two ways. You can use it as described, which is to use the "V" groove for adjustments. OR, you can just use the loop, and just put the loop over the entry point of the "V" groove. This will not allow you to make adjustments at the wrap around, only at the shoulder clip, but it gives you an attachment point for the bungee. When you are using the "V" groove on the wrap around, when you want to remove the bungee you simply pull it out of the "SLOT" next to the "V" groove. An easy way to get the bungee back in the slot, is to put a finger on top of the bungee and hold it right at the point on the slot furthest from you, hold it there and push the detector away from you. This will slightly stretch the bungee and it will pop right back into the slot. OK, now the adhesive patch. You will receive a double sided adhesive patch with your QWEEGLE, that is approximately the same size as the neoprene square that is stitched inside the wrap-around. If you notice, on the back of the rod wrap around, there is a piece of non-slip neoprene stitched inside to give the wrap around some stability and keep it from slipping around, up and down on the rod or twisting. I recommend you play around to find where you like the placement. Now personally I like to slightly tilt the wrap around adjustment toward the hand that will be doing the adjustment, see the picture. I swing with my right hand, so I adjust with my left hand so I like the wrap around oriented to the left on my rod so I have easy access. Once you have found the place where you like the wrap around to be oriented, and you are satisfied that is how you want it. Mark that point on your rod. Remove the wrap around and put the adhesive patch on the neoprene patch. Peel off the other side and then reinstall the wrap around where you want it, adhering it to the rod. Now it will not slip at all and be a good solid point for which you can tug the bungee into or out of the "V" groove.
