Mutke Includes a variety of cast member profiles and updates; activities hosted by the Disneyland Recreation Club; volleyball, drama, and other activities and more In particular, Disneyland was about to host a fashion show on behalf of Sears "Winnie the Pooh" and "Small World" clothing in coordination with their "Cinderella Small World of Fashion." Defected Russian ballerina Natalya Makarova is also pictured as part of this fashion outreach. Originally launched as an outreach of the Disneyland Marketing Division, the newsletter quickly grew to become the official communication piece for all Disneyland cast members. Masthead, featuring Brer Bear (Song of the South) was redesigned in 1971 by Disneyland's newest art director, Carl Glassford (aka Guy Carleton Glassford Jr.; Nov. 18, 1942 - Nov. 10, 2021). Glassford was widely known as a talented graphic artist and designer during his years in Southern California. In 1989, Carl designed the official seal of the city of Mission Viejo, California. Stapled in upper left corner; with edgewear and paper loss noted from prior use and subsequent long-term storage. About Us Combined Shipping Available Saturday’s Toys and Collectibles was founded in 1994 by Southern California author and media historian, Dave Mason. Soon after eBay's launch the following year, Saturday's Toys was among the first online specialists to strategize in embracing this rapidly developing technology. Having delivered over 16,000 coveted treasures since that time, Saturday's Toys is pleased to partner with researchers and collectors throughout the globe. Today, online offerings of archival keepsakes are presented in celebration of the times that allow for family, friends and neighbors to join in memorable gatherings that nurture the strong connections that bind a community together. These treasures are affectionately represented by "Saturday's Toys." In that light we present our adopted motto (with a nod to the Sherman Brothers): "Oh, let's go fly a kite!" We are glad to combine shipping for multiple purchases in order to reduce costs whenever possible. Simply let us know before processing payment for the items selected and we'll be glad to revise and forward a final invoice to reflect the combined shipping price. This usually works most effectively when combining flat paper items (postcards, newsletters, ephemera, etc.) but we'll do our best to make any combined purchase provide your best value for shipping.
