Description: This is a nice piece, It does not have the plastic wrapping so maybe dad did pull this one out once. We inherited the collection. Some of the outer boxes have moving wear. I assure you that all of the pieces are pristine. Many of the buildings in his collection have never been opened. We cannot keep this collection of his, and so they are priced to sell so someone may enjoy– without paying too much. I have sold a few already and I make sure I wrap them and ship them properly. Priced to sell since we do not have the room.
