Description: DC, MARVEL, and/or INDIE COMICS: mixed lot of 10 My collection has outgrown its allotted space and I need to make some room. Each of these lots will contain at least some mainstream DC and/or Marvel characters/titles such as Avengers, Batman, Green Lantern, X-Men, and the like as well as the occasional random oddity; also in the mix are independent titles from smaller publishers. No duplicates, these will be 10 different comics. These comics will mostly be Modern Age and Copper Age, maybe a Bronze or two filling them out. The vast majority are like new, VF/NM 9.0 or better, though older ones may be lesser grade. All are bagged, many are boarded. Some lots will have a free extra comic or two of lower grade! This is a random pull from the overflow. You can expect comics of this nature, though the odds are against you getting any of these exact issues. Shipping for all listings: Orders will be mailed in a specialized cardboard mailer, padded and boarded large envelope, or well-packed box with cushioning, depending on the size of the order, to keep postal monkeys from bending your comics. Economy mail, FedEx Ground, or Priority, your choice.Combined shipping: Will gladly combine shipping on multiple orders. USPS just raised their rates (6/24), but I’m trying to keep things as low as I can. While I can’t promise a universal rate (depends on what you buy), in general the economy shipping charges are: For 1-2 standard comics (in a padded and boarded envelope), $5.95; for 3-7 comics (in a Gemini mailer), $7.75; 8-12 comics (Gemini mailer), $8.75; 13-16 comics (Gemini mailer), $10; after that, a good rule of thumb is to add 20¢ for each additional comic. USPS Priority Mail and FedEx options also offered; they range from about $3 to $15 more depending on the quantity (assuming a cross-country ship). Shipping charge goes toward postage, mailers, and eBay’s roughly 15% cut of the shipping fee. My cost is usually around $1.00 beyond the charge to the buyer.
