Description: 1928 $10 Federal Reserve Note, from the relatively scarce Minneapolis district, with green seal and serial numbers. This is the popular so-called 'numeral' note because these 1928-era FRNs featured a number inside the district seal, rather than the letters which followed in later versions. Legacy has graded this note Fine 12, with the comment 'small ink marks' on the back of its holder. Friedberg # is 2000-I; serial # is I03556221A. Signatures are Tate and Mellon.
