Description: Offered is a four piece place setting of DANSK International Designs Mesa Sky Blue ceramic pottery dinnerware.The place setting includes a dinner plate, a salad plate, a coupe soup bowl and a large handled mug. The plates and bowl are all blue except the top rim which is turquoise, white and rust colored. The mug is all blue. The maker's mark on the bottom of the dinner plates reads: "MESA DANSK International Designs Ltd. KW/Japan Microwave Safe". The maker's mark on the bottom of 3 of the salad plates reads: "Mesa Dansk International Designs Ltd. KW/Portugal Microwave Safe" and 1 reads: MESA DANSK International Designs Ltd. KW/Japan Microwave Safe". The maker's mark on the bottom of the mug reads: "MESA DANSK International Designs Ltd. Japan Microwave Safe". The maker's mark on the bottom of 3 of the coupe soup bowl reads: "MESA DANSK International Designs Ltd. KW/Portugal Microwave Safe", one reads: "MESA DANSK International Designs Ltd. KW/Japan Microwave Safe". This pattern dates to the 1990's. The four piece place setting is in overall excellent used condition with no chips or cracks. The dinner plate may show some abrasions from use. The approximate measurements for each piece are: dinner plate: 10 3/4" in diameter, 1 1/8" to top of raised rim; salad plate: 7 1/2" in diameter. 1" tall to top of raised rim; coupe soup bowl: 5 7/8" in diameter. 1 7/8" tall; mug: 3 3/8" in diameter, 4" tall, 4 5/8" wide including handle.
