I bought this online as new, and it wasn’t new at all. Very disappointed as this is a vintage 25 or so year old costume by Dreamgirl International and I really wanted to keep it, but it was very disappointing to learn and see the damage (see pics) The 2 wrist cuffs are included and I saw no evidence of use or damage. The ears and petticoat was not in the packaging. There were 2 purple hair bows which don’t belong with the costume but I’ll include them in the costume (they are worthless IMO). This is sold as-is ask questions see pics for what you are buying. Definitely not new Smoke free home. All sales final no returns or refunds allowed
