Description: Today, we have a Fantastically preserved Vintage Carving Set from Cutco ! We just got the set back from the factory where it was Buffed, Polished and Sharpened to bring them back into almost new condition. Remember that these knives were made back around 1950 ! The set consists of three pieces, the first being the #35 Chefs Knife, the predecessor of the current 1725 model ($188). The next is a #36, 2-pronged Turning Fork, current model 1726 ($71). Last is the #37 2-pronged Carving Fork, current model 1727 ($73). And all these come in a beautiful bakelite holder, so you can store the group in a drawer or on the counter without a chance of dulling the edges. But if you do, there is the original sharpening stone attached to the side of the tray.
