The only way your ring is going to be worn comfortably, is to have the correct size. We strongly suggest a trip to your local jeweler, to get your finger sized. If the ring you are purchasing is for a loved one, just borrow a ring and get it sized. Any jeweler can do this for you. Remember once engraved you cannot return a ring to us for a refund or exchange. Which brings us to the next question…. Do you accept returns?? Returns of personalized jewelry cannot be excepted unless it is because of a specific mistake on our part. Make sure you request the right ring size as a personalized item cannot be re-sized, returned or exchanged. Double check to make sure you have no spelling mistakes when ordering names, dates, etc. as we will not be held responsible for any mistakes on your part. In the unlikely event of a mistake made by us, contact us immediately and return your order. We will replace your item with the exact same, corrected, piece and we will also pay for shipping both ways.
