Description: Cunard Line - A deluxe First Class deck plan brochure and a basic Tourist Class plan for the SCYTHIA from the early 1950s. This dowager of the seas was the first sailing of Cunard's intermediate class of the early 1920s and the last one to go in 1958. She outlived her four newer sisters. The eight-page First Class brochure is dated 1952, stretches open to 36", and shows five decks in color-coded detail. Photos show colorful public rooms and cabins, nicely spruced up some deco flourishes. The Tourist Class plan, also eight pages, is dated 1954 and stretches wide to 44". Six decks are shown in detail but without the benefit of color-coding, nor photos. Excellent condition.
