Description: I'm excited to describe this Anki robot but first a little bit about the software. This does not work without the software. Please ensure that you have the app working before you order this!!! I own an Android running version 14 and it is a well-known truth that the Cozmo app simply does not work for Android! BUT, it does work if you download the app from APKPure, an alternate app store to the Google Play Store. I can't speak to Apple but again, make sure you have the app up and working before ordering. So this little guy is so cool! I recently installed a new, increased capacity battery. It was a much needed upgrade as these old robots all have old batteries with very little capacity or life remaining. The entire robot has to be disassembled to change out the battery and the new battery has to be soldered into place. I'm really good with stuff like this but let me tell you, it was a real chore. Don't believe it when you read it's an easy upgrade, it most certainly is not! I've included a photo of where I touched the little guy with the soldering iron. The cubes have all new batteries and there is one left over. I'm also including a set of new tracks as photographed. Its overall cosmetic condition is somewhere between very good to great and it comes from a NON-SMOKING home. The screen is in very good condition and is not scratched up.
