This popular series from author/publisher Rudy Garbeley presents the early days on Conrail with the component companies still in their original dress prior to receiving Conrail blue. While many units show blacked out heralds and unit numbers, with temporary Conrail markings, their heritage is easily identified from the original paint schemes such as Reading, Lehigh Valley, Lehigh & Hudson River, Erie-Lackawanna and others. These are both 80-page softcovers, printed in color on gloss paper. They are offered as a two-volume set only for $110.00, including USPS Media Mail. USPS Media Mail shipping is $7.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book thereafter.
