COMPLETE 2023 Commemorative, Special, Priority Stamps Year Set (DIE-CUT) Issues

Description: Hello! This auction is for a COMPLETE collection of ALL 39 Comemmorative, Definitive, Special and Priority stamp Issues of 2023. This year set contains stamps With Die-Cuts. These stamps are AUTHENTIC USPS issued postage stamps--beware of counterfeits of most of these issues!!!---- YOU WILL NOT FIND A CLEANER MINT NEVER HINGED YEAR SET. ALL STAMPS ARE FREE FROM FAULTS All Stamps are on their original backing paper and are Mint Never Hinged, of course. All stamps were cleanly separated from their respective panes if backing paper rouletting existed. If rouletting did not exist, surrounding stamps were removed and stamps were cut with backing paper margins around the entire stamp(s). All stamps are Forever stamps except where noted below. In 2023, the First-class letter 1oz rate increased from 60c to 63c to 66c and postcard from 48c to 51c . The non-machineable rate increased from 39c to 40c and the additional ounce rate remained to 24c.
