We do not issue credit or refunds for any shipping costs and we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. FedEx delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss will not be covered under our guarantee. We will issue a credit for the purchase amount of the livestock that is dead on arrival (DOA). This credit is for livestock and does not cover shipping cost.
