Someone in the post office KEPT one of my 8 packages shipped that day. The buyer accused me of not wanting to take buy it now price WHICH WAS COMPLETELY UNTRUE! Also, a painting was not sold due to an error on my part that would have cost me $49 to ship the item. The buyer would not work with me and accused me of NOT WANTING to take the buy it now price of $18.00. I bought it for $4.99, used it for years and was ready for someone else to enjoy it but I could not afford to ship it. I am not a company. I purge my stuff regularly.
