They cannot be used. They must have their original tags attached to them. All items must be returned in their original condition they were received and may be subject to a restocking fee if damaged or used per our listings. We will not accept returns after 30 days. Insurance, shipping & handling in U.S. is FREE. Payment can be made with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We ship through UPS ground; all packages are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received and are insured for their full value.
