If the K-63 fan runs too fast at the low speed setting, the low-end set point on the top of the triac speed control may be misadjusted. To adjust, set the triac speed control knob to the lowest speed position (completely counterclockwise). Then, with a small, insulated screwdriver, turn the slow speed adjustment counter clockwise until the fan blades stop. Now slowly turn the adjustment clockwise until the desired slow speed is attained.
