Check the pictures to find the following: PIC 1: #89 & #90 (1955 in lower left corner of stamp) Both are "Type 1" & #94 & #97 (Cameo Issue, Type 1); PIC 2: #91 & #93 (2nd "Karsh" issue-1960) plus #96 (revalued "Karsh" issue-1964); PIC 3: #94 & #94b (no pre-cancel, type 1 "ordinary" and "Mimeo" paper stock plus #94d & 94e (the two previous types with Precancel); PIC 4: #94b (type 18, ordinary paper) & #99 & 99a (one ordinary and one mimeo paper stock; PIC 5: #101a, 103b, 105a, & 106b; PIC 6: #102a, 102b, 104c, & 104h (1969 &1971 precanceled centennial issue with each printed on both ordinary and Mimeo paper stock; PIC 7: #107c & #107d (type 18, one ordinary and one mimeo paper stock).
