This is a selfing of the original awarded plant and the species is very easy plant to cultivate. The species is relatively compact, with leaves maxing out at around 3" with the bulb. The blooms are just incredible and are around 12” in length with dark purple coloration on the petals and wild iridescent purple hairs on the dorsal. The blooms are very long lasting, up to a month and if kept on the drier side in the Winter and Spring the plant will bloom multiple times per year.
