Description: For auction is a very nice piece of art pottery made by The Brush McCoy Company of Roseville, Ohio. The shape is a small vase. The pattern is one of Brush McCoy's most sought after patterns called, "Amaryllis". The vase measures 4 5/16" tall and is 2 7/8"" in diameter. The opening of the vase is 1 9/16 wide, inside measurement. The vase displays an embossed long stemmed Amaryllis in full bloom surrounding the mid and bottom section of the vase. They are growing out and in between long vertical wide leaves for a nice art deco flair. There is some extra attention drawn to the leaves as you can see the veining in them. You can also see the pistils and stamens in the center of the Amaryllis flowers. The vase is glazed in a majolica deep blue glossy glaze. The inside of the vase is done in this same glaze. The vase is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no cracks, chips, nicks or dings. There are stilt marks and pull on the underside bottom. This was done during the making of this beautiful vase. The vase is not signed but make no mistake as to who made this piece. This pattern is a well documented Brush McCoy pattern. The vase was made circa 1918-1925. PLEASE READ BELOWI want to apologize for slowing down my shipping time. Ebay forced me into managed payments in July 2020. I used to get my money in 24 hours. I now get it in 3-4 business days. I was told it would be better for me and my fees would go down. This has been the opposite as my fees have actually increased and now it takes longer for me to receive the payments. Because of this slowdown I will not ship until the payment has made it into my bank account. No store lets you out of the building with the merchandise unless it is paid for. They are also now charging all sellers a commission of 12.35% on sales tax. Pay Pal used to charge 2.9% payment processing fee but Ebay has changed this to 12.35%. This is an increase of 9.45% on the sales tax portion. They are now making a profit on the sales tax and treating it as a sale which in my eyes is wrong!! They did the same on the shipping charges several years ago. They use to not charge anything and now they are charging 12.35% commission on shipping as well. This has raised the cost to ship items to you, the buyer and this is factored into my shipping charges. If you feel what Ebay is doing is wrong or you don't agree them please contact Ebay and voice your opinion. Maybe if enough of you do this, they will change their policy. CLICK ON THIS LINK BELOW TO SEE MY EBAY STORE CLEMENTS ANTIQUES OF NEW HAMPSHIRE STOREFRONT Please wait for my Invoice before paying.
