Between the years 1989 - 2005, under the leadership of Roger Mateo, the San Francisco Bay Brooklin Club commissioned special edition Brooklin models for its club. There are 18 models in total. This is the first club model. It is a Dodge Van. The side doors say, "First Anniversary 1989." The side panels read, "San Francisco Bay Brooklin Club, an information exchange for brooklin collectors." The rear door reads, "Roger Mateo, Box 61018, Palo Alto, CA 94306." Also included is a card describing the club. The Brooklin Collection cars are made in England. They are 1:43 scale, hand-built, white metal collectible models intended for use by adults. I am a serious Brooklin collector. I'm a member of several collector clubs.
