Description: This is a front only Enve 5 series SES for disc brake. This was part of a set of 5.6 SES wheels. We sold the rear 6 Series wheel to a customer and just figured we would order a replacement wheel to complete the set, but we waited to long and Enve was no longer producing the rims and had sold out of previous stock. Our loss is your gain. Get this wicked cool and fast front wheel to completement your existing set. If you have the 7.8 wheels, imagine how nice it would be to have a shallower front wheel that saves weight, is less affected by the wind, and looks amazing to boot. Please check the pictures and ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing the wheel. This wheel is 12x100 thru axle compatible, centerlock rotor design, it can be run tubeless or with a tube, and as a bonus it is still one of the hooked designs that Enve used to make so you can use any tire you want on it. No need to use special tubeless specific tire, or to worry about incredibly low pressures. And it is the most popular depth Enve has ever sold, yet they decided to no longer offer that depth. I never understood dropping your most popular depth and design just to make tubeless easier. All 3 of my road bikes (1 rim, 2 disc) are using the 5.6 with a hook and they are amazing.
