PLEASE READ: Recently the post office announced that there will be delays in service going forward and that there is an expectation that the Holidays will increase those delays. During the holidays last year we experienced delays of up to 2 weeks on some packages and this year it is expected that those delays may increase. We are trying to offset that situation by shipping either same day or next business day (Friday purchases would be shipped Monday), but that is a small gesture given the possibility of 2 week delays. We will also be sending all items valued at one hundred twenty five dollars or more through fedex. For anything under that value it will ship USPS. If you are concerned about the possible delays and want to ensure that it arrives sooner rather than later please contact us about the possibility of shipping the item through fedex and provide us with your postal code and we will give you a quote of the cost difference. We will only charge the difference between what it would cost us to ship it by Fedex instead of through USPS. Customer Service We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If there is a problem with an order please contact us directly before leaving feedback or doing anything else. During normal business hours on weekdays we will respond within a few hours (our response on the weekends and after business hours in the evening may take a little longer) and we will work to resolve the problem quickly. Shipping Requirements We ship within 2 business days of payment. We try to ship the next business day after payment, but occassionally there are delays and it takes 2 days. If the value of the order is over two hundred dollars then we require a signature confirmation. If you do not want a signature confirmation on your package please contact us and we will not require it, but you will be responsible if the package is lost. We pack our merchandise well and often overpack it, but if you wish to have it packed to specific requirements please contact us either before purchasing or right after. A delay in contacting us may result in our not being able to meet your requirements. There may be an additional fee depending on the requirements. Returns If you need to return an item, please contact us directly. We will then give you instructions on how to proceed.
