All international shipments are by USPS Priority mail international. International bidders are responsible for all customs fees. When a buyer fails to pay for an item, the only recourse sellers have is to file a non-paying bidder complaint with eBay to have the auction fees paid by the seller refunded. Ebay allows 4 days for a buyer to make payment arrangements before they allow sellers to open a non-paying bidder complaint. If I do not receive payment or otherwise hear from a winning bidder within 4 days, a non-paying bidder complaint will automatically be opened by the EBAY automated seller assistant software. Shipping Address Information: I use the eBay seller assistant to print shipping labels. It copies the address information listed on the buyers eBay/Paypal account. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure that the address listed on their account is current and correct.
