This is a 33 and 45 rpm belt drive semi automatic turntable which mean you start it manual by moving the arm to play the record this action start the motor , there is a cue lever to lower and raise the tonearm . At end of record the tonearm goes back to it rest position and power turned off. I WAS VERY lMPRESSED BY THE FANTASTIC!
