Description: Offered here is this complete Beautiful Vintage Silverplate Chafing Dish. It was never used, and therefore has no burn marks or stains on the bottom of the pieces from use. I am unsure of the age or origins of the piece. It is complete, with stand, fuel burner, bottom water pan, top pan with removeable wooden handle, and lid. The silverplate is a bit tarnished from age, but it is otherwise pristine and ready to use. It has beautiful detail, and a very elegant appeal. It is 10” in diameter, and when completely assembled, it is about 13” tall at the lid handle, 20” long including the handle on the pan, which has an inside diameter of 8.5” and is 2” deep.
