Description: 1024x768 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This is such a FANTASTIC ORIGINAL Black and White Swirl Pattern Footed Glass Vase I can’t tell you! You can actually FEEL the swirl pattern which is MOST UNIQUE and DIFFERENT! The pattern is different all around. On the bottom of the foot is the pontil mark and that is where it was removed from the blow pipe when made. It measures 16 5/8” tall 7 ¾” at the mouth and 6 ½” at the widest part and the base is 4 ¼” in diameter. It is heavy too! It has a tag which notes in gold “Baijab Glass, Azerbaijan Russia” and it has a pitcher in the middle of the circle. WONDERFUL condition with no cracks or chips. It has a line inside but I can’t feel anything so I don't think it is a hairline but I am not sure. It does not show outside, (please see 4th photo from last) It may have been done when made. There are a few tiny areas where the black is on the white and one pinpoint raised dot, also done when made. You can barely see these. But, I note everything! I believe they used this vase for flowers because there is a discoloration inside the vase from the water. I have a MATCHING vase to this but the pattern is, of course, slightly different as these are hand blown and each is ORIGINAL. It is on Ebay with the same title and is “B”.
