The inhabitants are watching with suspicion each other and every stranger who comes here. They drive out anybody who strays even slightly from their unwritten rules. One such person is a 15-year-old girl, who seems to be hated by everyone in this place. Everyone has the idea that they will rid themselves of her, regardless of the cost. Long Twilight ( Hosszú alkony): Based on a short story by American author Shirley Jackson, this convoluted mystery is a puzzler's delight. It is the story of an elderly woman's almost supernatural journey back into her past. The elderly woman is a strong-willed professor who leaves her family one day to visit an old friend. But what starts out as a normal journey soon becomes a voyage into the unknown when she loses her way and boards a bus driven by an uncaring driver and filled with stone-faced apathetic passengers. Shadow on the Snow ( Árnyék a havon ): Despite the fact that he did not commit the bank robbery which provided him with a bag of cash, the man in this story is on the run from the authorities. During his flight, he is forced to leave behind first his wife, then his friends, his eight-year old daughter and finally his wounded leg. Inexplicably, some reviewers were much taken with this odd movie's vision and professed it to be quite watchable.
