There are scratches and scuffs on the casing and other signs of moderate wear. A fresh copy of OSX Catalina has been installed on the 256GB solid state drive. A NEW battery has been installed and an aftermarket charger (US connector) is included as well. Note: Due to this Mac's age, newer versions of the MacOS are not supported, we have installed the latest MacOS version that is supported on this device. This may lead to compatibility issues with some software, but for normal computing (internet browsing, watching videos, word/excel processing) this laptop is still perfectly compatible.
