Description: One (1) small antique to vintage Japanese carved, painted and gold gilt figure. Once part of a small shrine or traveling shrine (Zushi). Late Meiji to Taisho Period 1900-1920's. Good condition- minor wear. Figure has been glued on slightly crooked (see picture #1). Missing one protrusion from back on right side. Glue remnants on base. Measures 3 inches tall, 1 1/4 inches wide and 1 inch thick. See my many other Japanese altar figures and Japanese and Chinese antiques.
