Description: Selling this old axe head that was probably hand made. The blade is 6 inches long, from top to bottom it is 7 inches with the head being 2 1/4 X 1 inch. The blade is sharpened to one side much like a hewing tool. Please note the sides where the handle goes in. One side is round and the other is pointed. On the bottom of the head there are indents. I don't know if any of this information is useful. I do not know anything about axes.
