ANTIQUE ORIG 1900 IOOF⭐THEATER COSTUME GRIM REAPER LONG BLACK ROBE HOOD SKELETON

Description: INTERNATIONAL ORDER OF ODDFELLOWS - IOOF ORIGINAL COSTUMEHandmade in the early 1900's, probably around 1920. Long black ROBE with full length FLYING PANEL in the back and a peaked hood with a face flap. Openings for the eyes and a white skeleton felt applique on the face cover. * * * * FABRIC is a gently faded polished cotton. A few small spots of fading here and there. Buttons at top chest, and robe ties at the waist. The flying panel falls from the back yoke to the bottom of the robe. SEE MEASUREMENTS. * * * * Quality construction - hand made, original buttons intact. Eye openings and buttonholes are handworked. Permanent gathers at back of waist - attached rope belt. * * * * There are significant HOLES in the lower back of the robe and in a similar place on the flying panel. Garment is VERY WEARABLE AS IS.
