The item is an original oil painting painted on canvas (see photos). The painting depicts what looks to be a deer (or elk type animal) in a landscape with trees, a lake, and mountains. The painting is framed in a carved and gold gilt or painted wood Mission Arts & Crafts era period picture frame. The painting is not signed by the artist (I do not know the artist of this particular painting). The painting is old or antique, dating to 85 +/- years old. The item is from an estate liquidation. The item measures in total framed about 25+ inches high, and it is about 29+ inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 14.5 inches high, and it is about 18.5 inches wide. The picture frame has some scuffs to the wood, finish losses and some wear. The painting has some scratches to the painting and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
