Description: Antique Indenture Deed 1859 Reading PA Berks County Charles Evans Cemetary Plot. This piece of ephemera is in poor to fair condition. It is almost coming apart but is holding on. There appears to have been water damage as there are spots along the edges. All that said, this is a very neat treasure from 1859 that has would look great framed. It's a deed for a cemetery plot (Lot 50,section M, containing 462 feet) in the Charles Evans Cemetary in Reading Pennsylvania in Berks County, Pennsylvania Dutch area. It has signatures and official seal stamps. It also has a note of when it was registered into the public record. It's about 20 x 16 inches when fully opened, and 8 x 3.75 when folded.
