Branded "The Sessions Clock Co., successor to the E.N. Welch Mfg. Co, Forestville, Conn. USA" on removeable back. Adorned with the lions head/ring on either side. The Sessions Clock Co. purchased controlling interest of E.N. Welch in 1903. Branded as well with "Made by William Gilbert Clock Co., Conn."It is 17" long by 11" tall by 5.5" deep.
