Overall, it's in very nice condition. Measures: 28 inches in height 48 inches in length 23 1/2 inches in width (47 inches when open) This card/game table is perfect for any antique collector or game enthusiast. The top doesn't quite swing the full 90 degrees around for the open position as the pieces of wood that are in place to limit the rotation stop it before it gets quite to 90 degrees. This appears to be as it was originally built. There is hidden storage under the top as can be seen in the photos. There is a hole in the wood of the storage drawer ( see pictures).
