Description: DATING TO THE EDWARDIAN ERA FASHIONED OF A CANVAS COTTON WITH LACE INSERTION AND PLEATS ON THE TOP FRONT WITH A SQUARE CUT NECKLINE TRIMMED IN LACE. THE SLEEVES ARE HALF LENGTH WITH MATCHING CHEMICAL LACE INSERTION AND LACE TRIMMING ALONG THE BOTTOM EDGE. SKIRT IN GORED PANELS THAT OPEN IN VOLUME AS THEY FALL. HOOK AND EYES CLOSE THE REAR. CONDITION: THERE ARE THREE FINGERTIP HOLES AND TWO THUMBPRINT SIZED HOLES ON THE CENTER FRONT SKIRTING IN THE BOTTOM HALF. SOME SMALL SPOT STAINING WITH A LINE OF WATER STAINING RUNNING ACROSS THE MID BOTTOM OF THE SKIRT WITH A FIST SIZED WATER STAIN THAT IS FAINT ON THE CENTER SKIRT. SEVERAL SMALL BROWN STAINS ARE LIGHT IN THE SKIRTING. THE UNDERARMS HAVE A DARKENED DISCOLORATION, NOT READILY NOTED WHEN WORN. THERE ARE SOME BREAKS IN THE LACE SEEN ON THE REAR LEFT BACK AS WELL AS ON THE INSERT ON THE LEFT SLEEVE AND SEVERAL HOOK AND EYES ON THE REAR NEED TO BE REPLACED. SOLD AS ACQUIRED.
