This piece is unsigned but the quality is on par with makers such as Hawkes, Libbey, Fry, Sinclaire or Tuthill. The piece has a ruffled or undulating rim and is finely cut with hobstars and latticework/diamond patterns. This piece is in excellent overall condition considering its age.
