Description: Antique Apothecary Jar. Made about 1900 using the method of putting the label under glass (LUG.) The RARE thing about this jar is it's beautiful fitted lid. The glass top is about 2" tall and looks like cut glass. The lid fits perfectly into the bottle. The label reads: "SULPH: PRAECIP:" Minor discolorations around the opening, but no cracks, chips, or crazing. Excellent condition.
