Description: Antique 1920s Fontain Art Deco Wristwatch w/ Longines-Wittnauer Vintage Box This exceptional Fontain wristwatch is genuinely a work of art. It features a rectangular case with textured rectangular links with negative space in their centers. The watch case has detailed, textured scrolls on the top and sides. The ivory dial has a heathered appearance with a black striped rectangle on it. The dial is marked "Fontain" with "Swiss" at the bottom. The hands are blue. The back of the band has an adjustable slider that opens and closes with a small, ridged push button. This unique timepiece has an Art Deco-style antique/vintage Longines-Wittnauer box commemorating "over 75 years of service" inside the lid. The top of the lid features gold-toned art medallions of a burgundy box. The watch also comes with two small parts inside a clear capsule inside of a small metal box. The watch requires a battery and is untested. I did not remove the watch from the case to photograph it out of fear of damaging the watch or the case.
