Description: You are looking at an Antique 1880-1900s Antique 1880-1900s WHITESIDE & BLANK 14K Gold, Diamond & Enamel Locket Pendant 14K Gold, Diamond & Enamel Locket Pendant A masterfully executed locket pendant featuring an ornate white enamel design on top of sky blue guilloche enamel with a beautiful rose cut 0.18ct diamond at its center adorned with finely worked gold roses. This incredible piece was made at the end of the 19th or the beginning of the last century by Henry Blank & Co., who were manufacturers for Neiman Marcus and Tiffany & Co., founded in 1890 as Whiteside & Blank and were one of few jewelers to offer Plique-à-Jour and Guilloche enameling. Very good antique condition with minor loss to guilloche enamel; opens and closes nicely. Measures 1.5" high (with attached bale) and weighs a heavy 14 grams. Marked "14" (for 14K gold) and carrying Whiteside & Blank's designer mark (see pictures). A one-of-a-kind piece!
