Please review photos and determine for yourself. Beadwork appears to be glass beads as they are cold to the touch. This is double sided with matching beadwork on both sides. The material is a thin fabric resembling a nylon type. There are a couple bead strands that appear to have broken off as there are strings hanging. Its not obvious but worth mentioning. Some minor staining and a pinhole that I can see. But all in all, very well preserved. Great piece of religious history. Review photos and ask if you have any further questions.
