Cutting reminds me of Blackmer but I have never researched it. For some reason Luzerne comes to mind also. Rim is unique with points and curves. Double punty handle. Looks to be a heat check in the handle. They made have pulled the handle back up to align the attachment & caused it 7 ¼” long at handle 5 ½” diameter. $45.00. Professionally packed.
