Cosmetically, the processor does show some signs of use and wear such as scratches and scuff marks and dirt/dust, as well as some thermal paste residue. Please do your own research to confirm compatibility with your specific motherboard and BIOS revision, and ensure you have a compatible cooler as well (this processor has a 220W TDP!).
